Recording Headcount Attendance for Worship Service
Now that you have a worship service activity, you can begin recording headcount attendance. You can record attendance for each schedule and for each location (if you have multiple locations like overflow rooms, crying rooms, and so on).
As you begin recording attendance, there are several reports to help you understanding attendance trends. See the list of reports to try below.
Recording headcount attendance
Before you can begin seeing attendance trends, you need to consistently enter headcount numbers.
To record headcount attendance:
- Click Ministry > Attendance > Head Count. The Record Head Count and Attributes form appears. Make sure the church wide services ministry is displayed in the ministry box at the top of the form.
- Select the Worship Services activity from the Activity drop-down list.
- Select the worship service time from the Date/Time drop-down list. The different locations (RLCs) configured for this activity appear.
- Type the number in the field beside your worship center RLC.

Running headcount reports
The Report Library contains many reports related to headcount and attendance. Click Reports to open the library and then use the search field to find headcount reports. Some reports to try are:
- M1350 - Activity Attributes and Head Counts
- M1353 - Attendance or Head Count Graph with Attribute
